Comment on Facebook – Julia Twort: Speed has never been the problem. The problem is distracted drivers. Phones, radio, changing a cd, children, talking to passengers in the car etc. Lowering the speed just makes you frustrated as some drivers then go slower and that then creates road rage and crashes.
