Residents have an opportunity to meet with new National Party leader Simon Bridges, today, from 10am at the Headingly Centre in Richmond.
Simon is travelling nationwide over the coming weeks in a bid to meet with as many New Zealanders as possible and connect with our communities.
Simon says he’s keen to hear about what matters to locals.
The former Crown Prosecutor has spent the last 10 years in politics, in Ministerial roles in economic development and infrastructure and says under his leadership National will keep its strong focus on the economy.
As a proud dad to three young children, Simon is keen to listen to New Zealanders, to understand their priorities for New Zealand in the 2020s.
He’s got an energetic and united team around him who all back New Zealanders to succeed and are passionate about New Zealand’s future.
Simon has also committed National to be a new form of opposition, fighting hard against Labour.
